Painted doors are clad on both sides with 6mm thick MDF and painted directly onto the MDF. Lacquering cycle: 1 x primer, Sanding, 1 x primer, Sanding, Top Coat.

The option for painted Luxeline doors allows for a large selection of different color options to match your home. This selection will provide you with the color you are looking for but still allow you to see the beautiful wood grain of our doors.

(high end painted doors with smooth finish)

Our Lacquered MDF option lets you select a painted finish for your door that provides a smooth finish. Our MDF doors are finished with MDF and HDF boards to create a smooth finished surface.

SAFETY GLASS VSG

  • SAFETY - thanks to the layered structure and durable in the foil layer, the glass retains its cohesion during breakage does not produce shrapnel which does not cause injuries.
  • HYGIENIC - thanks to the smooth surface on both sides no microbes adhere to it.
  • EASY TO KEEP CLEAN - does not discolor and leaves no streaks when cleaning.
  • RESISTANT TO "HOUSEHOLD CHEMICALS" - can be used household cleaners.
  • RESISTANT TO SCRATCHES - smooth and very hard glass surface resistant to scratching and abrasion during cleaning.
  • SOUNDING - significantly thanks to its layered structure reduces the level of noise transmitted to the room.

Luxeline doors are offered with Italian-style magnetic locks, characterized by their minimalistic design and smooth operation. The receiving latch is made of ABS polymer, which provides a soft, quiet feel when closing. Our magnetic locks are compatible with Luxeline handles as well as selections from Linea Cali.

Available in 4 finishes: Chrome, Gold, White, Black.

Solid Core Structure - Modern Interior Doors:

Our modern interior doors are constructed with a solid core structure. Our wood material offering consists of a solid wood center surrounded by a natural, beautiful 1/4" wood veneer.

Our MDF interior doors consist of a RT8 board in the center surrounded by MDF/plywood and a 1/4" natural veneer on the exterior side. Both solid core options create beautifully crafted modern interior doors.

About Modern Interior Doors:

  • Stiles and Rails: Solid engineered wood stiles and rails that are 3-16/16" minimum - attached to the core with matching edges
  • Core: RT8 natural fiber wood board - eco-friendly and recyclable- decreases sound traveling
  • Crossband: MDF- Fiber board of medium density
  • Face Veneer: Available in Mahogany, oak or MDF with a large selection of designs
  • Adhesive: Moisture-proof, D3 adhesives that do not have any added urea-formaldehyde
  • Finish: Our factory-finish is a water based; UV cured finish that does not contain any added urea-formaldehyde
